Where did 2012 go

Wow... What a crazy year 2012 was.  With the economy still in uncertainty and the election keeping people on edge, it can be hard times for some small businesses.  We were very fortunate to remain busy and we are very thankful to the community for all our praises.  We really learned a lot about ourselves as contractors in an industry that has completely changed in the last five years.  Not only what but how people build is changing so fast it can be a struggle to keep up and be competitive for some.
It is a new year, and spring is just around the corner. We have seen a huge increase in the number of projects on the horizon, and we hope this is a sign of good things to come. Always moving forward hoping we can help people achieve their dream.

Net-Zero

Sustainability is the answer. Building "green" is a hot trend right now as well as energy efficient upgrades. But if you truly want sustainability, building a net-zero house is the way to go. A home that produces more energy than it uses will be popular for years to come. Check out this article from Eco Home Magazine.
